Had such a wonderful time at Sauna Boise! Booked a one hour session with my husband for a date night and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the rustic charm of the wood stove sauna and will definitely be recommending to friends and coming back again!

I had such a relaxing and refreshing time here. The sauna was spotless, well-maintained, and had just the right temperature and humidity. The atmosphere was peaceful, and you can tell the owners put real care into creating a calm, rejuvenating space. Everything—from the lighting to the wood scent—made it easy to unwind and recharge. I left feeling completely renewed and will definitely be coming back again soon!

I have been looking for something like this ever since I went to someone’s sauna bday where they had a portable sauna brought to their house. So when my best friend flew into town we went searching for a traditional sauna but not at a gym and not red light… it didn’t have the same feel. Enter Sauna Boise! I don’t know what it is but something about hanging out in swim suits in a sauna in winter feels very vacation’esque. Mix in the cold plunge and you leave soooo relaxed like you just spent the day skiing - an amazing feeling. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and bonus he just messaged they added a fire pit outside… time to call some friends for a fun sauna night out!

Best date night! Was looking for something different to do and surprised my sauna-loving husband with this experience. We loved rotating through super hot sauna to cold plunge and left feeling amazing. Jeff, the owner, has thought of every touch and has created a really special spot.
